Our team at Ground Up Builders just completed a great room addition project in Pasadena! The new space added a master bathroom and master bedroom to the back side of the home, and we’re so happy with how it turned out.
The project started with us securing the blueprints and permits from the city. Once that was all set, we got to work on the construction. We did all the usual things like plumbing, drywall, and painting, but we also had to do some foundation work and waterproofing.
It took us about six months to complete the project, but it was well worth it. The end result was amazing, and our customer was thrilled.
