 Verified I recently contracted Ground Up Builders to resurface and retile my aging roof. The company - Adi Aiish in particular - went above and beyond in ensuring the job was done diligently and professionally. The quality of was excellent, so much so that we brought Adi back out to work on our kitchen. Adi was responsive, communicative, and catered to our exact needs.  Verified Ground Up Builders provided professional great looking results with my roof install and repair. The work was done on time, and they did great with clean up. I have recommended them to my friends, and I wouldn't have done so if I didn't think they'll be happy too!
Adi Aiish was great to work with. His workmanship shows in the quality of his work. The little details make all the difference! He also did my kitchen cabinets, and I will be using his services for other things as well.

 Verified My solar was not working any longer, I had gotten them in 2006 by a company that was no longer in business.  Uzi had been keeping an eye on the meter for me over several years while doing other work at my house.
When he suggested it was time I knew I could trust him. 

His Ground Up crew not only made sure that the newest solar technology replaced my old panels, but installed them in a direction that gave me more coverage on my flat roof. 
They made sure to check my roof and resurfaced it before the big rains.
Despite the big demand they had for customers I never felt that I was not being taken care of and my questions were always answered right away.

The crew also cleans up when finished and even took some extra things I had wanted taken away with their trash.

 Verified I cannot say enough good things about Ground Up, the dream contracting company. We always heard so many horror stories from friends and family about contractors walking off the job, and renovations taking twice as long or costing twice as much, so we were nervous to get started on our house renovation. Then we met Uzi, who was the most professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and practical contractor we had ever met. He always responded immediately, even on the weekends, and even to my silly questions. His team was always on time, did flawless work, and was incredibly helpful (especially Nathan). The renovation took exactly how long and cost exactly how much Uzi told us it was going to take/cost. We had ZERO issues. I never had to follow up on anything- Uzi was the one following up with us. A couple friends have since used Uzi and his team and have said the exact same thing.  Verified After working with a few general contractors and not feeling great about it, we feel that we have found our guy! Jacob is a fantastic communicator- he cares about the details, follows through, and is responsive to our needs and questions. Our projects this year involves replacing the railings on our deck and repairing/rebuilding a part on the side of our house that had water damage.  Verified We had the pleasure of having Jacob help us restore our home after a large flood. The project scope included a full kitchen remodel, one full bathroom remodel, as well as new flooring throughout. 

Jacob was attentive, friendly and most of all genuine. As first time homeowners, having someone we can trust throughout the process was very important. Jacob was very reasonable and always kept our best interest in mind. We felt very grateful to have Jacob not only manage the entire project but provide us guidance throughout the construction. He made sure the quality of the house was not only up to our standards but also up to his. Many times, he asked the crew to redo certain things despite us not catching those imperfections. Amazing! Jacob always made sure we were happy, even at one point offering to redo the entire shower floor due to some issues with the material. 

The peace of mind when working with a competent and professional project manager was well worth the money. Out of all the bids we got for our project, Ground Up was not the lowest - but after meeting and talking to Jacob, it was a very easy choice. He was very honest and thoughtful - and I can't stress how important that is when it comes to renovations with lots of money involved.

 Verified We recently had the pleasure of working with Ground Up Builders due to significant water damage incurred by our windows and doors during last year's heavy rainfall.

The communication and work throughout the entire process was impressive. Adi always kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates on the progress and timelines. Ground Up Builders was transparent and dedicated to keeping us in the loop with constant group chats and conversations.  We knew upfront the cost of the scope of the job. 

I was also impressed by the entire team at Ground Up. They approached the water damage with a thorough understanding of the issues, and their work was nothing short of top-notch.  Verified As first time homeowners, we were very concerned about finding the right people to work with when we needed to remodel a bathroom, put in new floors, and renovate other areas of our new home. We had always heard wonderful things about Uzi and Ground Up Builders from friends and had worked with the company before - Nathan managed a small job at our old rental, which we were very happy with. Once we met Uzi, we felt very confident about working with his team on our larger project. Ground Up Builders did an amazing job adding a shower and remodeling a bathroom, in addition to putting new flooring in the whole home, interior painting and refinishing and updating lighting and a myriad of other things that needed to get done. 
Uzi responds to your questions and concerns and had so much patience for me and my many questions. His team is great - Marlon is excellent - as are all of the workers that came to our home. All of the people that Uzi recommended - for tile, window treatments, shower glass, everything we needed, were excellent and professional.
Ground Up Builders finished the job and have been available for our continuing questions and to come back and touch up any tiny thing that we've had issues with. They stand by their work.
