MaryJane Martin is a dedicated manager and a cornerstone of Ground Up Builders’ administrative team, bringing over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on approach play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
In her role, MaryJane oversees hiring and interviewing, manages payroll, and works closely with company leadership to support both administrative and operational needs. She is highly experienced in coordinating permit processes across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with architects and engineers, and liaising with city and county officials to ensure projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
MaryJane also excels in material procurement, scheduling, and fostering strong client relationships. Known for her sharp problem-solving abilities and commitment to team morale, she helps create a productive and positive work environment that drives company success.
Outside of work, MaryJane enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and her fur babies.
