Remodeling a condo or a townhome is not the same job as remodeling a detached house, and most of the difference has nothing to do with the finishes. You are working inside a building somebody else also lives in. Access, parking for the crew, the hours work is allowed to happen and what can be touched at all are set by the building, not by the homeowner. Getting agreement on those before anything starts is what keeps a job like this from stalling halfway.
